落水管圆管安装的方法

1、按照图纸标示落水管位置间隔1.5--2.0米设置固定支架；
2、管材在量取长度之后，可用钢锯、手工割锯、砂轮切割机割锯。割锯后，断面应保持平整，用钢锉除去毛边并倒角；
3、用带清洁剂的干布清洁管材外壁和内壁，去除污染物；
4、将溶解剂均匀涂于管材外壁和管件内壁，然后迅速把管材插入管件，用力旋转至少1/4圈以保证接合紧固无漏隙；
5、粘接完毕后把多余溶剂擦掉，将管材固定在位置上维持一段时间，60min内不可受外力影响；
6、待管件完全粘接后，放到设置的支架内拧紧支架固定件即安装完成。
